Pablo Castan obtained his degree in Biology and PhD in Molecular Biology from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Spain and also has a degree in Molecular Medicine from the University of East Anglia, UK. He is currently Associate Investigator in the Department of Microbiology at Hospital Carlos III, Spain, and the Research Director for Arcis Biotechnology. Pablo has previously worked for Epistem (now Genedrive) and is a founding member of 2BBlackBio.
