Jürgen Schmied,
CEO and Co-Founder
Jürgen Schmied received his Ph.D. degree in biophysical chemistry from the Braunschweig University of Technology in Germany. He is co-founder and CEO of GATTAquant, a company specialized in the development of fluorescent nanostructures having superior properties. His research interest covers a broad range in fluorescence and super-resolution microscopy, DNA nanotechnology and diagnostic applications. He is the co-author on a dozen publications and several patents.
