Amy Drexelius,
PhD Candidate
Amy Drexelius is currently a biomedical engineering PhD student working at the University of Cincinnati under her supervisor Dr. Jason Heikenfeld. Her current work is focused on creating preconcentration devices which will allow extremely dilute analyte concentrations to be detected for biofluid sensing. She has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and experience as a manufacturing engineer at DRT Mfg. Co. She also worked in the Micro and Nano Manufacturing Laboratory as an undergraduate researcher, during which she worked on Electrochemical Additive Manufacturing simulations.
