Steve Blair, ProfessorSteve Blair received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Applied Optics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Terre Haute, IN, in 1991 and 1993, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1998. Since 1998, he has been with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, and is now an Associate Professor.
