Overview"Novel Formulation Strategies" is a unique, pharma industry focused, event designed to discuss novel strategies for pharmaceutical product development. India is the largest manufacturer of generic medicines globally and therefore drug formulation strategies need to be updated and discussed in order to successfully develop novel formulations. This event will include discussions by Pharma Industry Experts covering issues like Solubility & Oral Bioavailability Enhancement, Modified Release Formulations, Difficult to Formulate FDC, Water Insoluble drugs and 505(b)2 – Innovations for US market. The organizers envisage to bring more and more overseas and industry scientists as speakers.Academic Innovation Session: In this event a special session has been designated towards Academic Innovations. A large number of Pharmaceutical Scientists in Academic Institutions have been working on formulation development. In this session we aim to present selected Academic Formulation related Innovations which might have importance in industry but could otherwise go unnoticed by industry scientists. This session will be open to Regular Pre-Doctoral Research Scholars only. Each presentation will be for 5-10 minutes duration only and will be adjudged by the industry scientists. The presentation providing best innovation with direct application in pharmaceutical industry will be awarded Rs 11,000/- during the closing ceremony of the conference. Faculty (Registered Indian Delegate) presenting the innovation will not be eligible for the award but will be allowed to present. The last date for submission of abstract for presentation in this session has been extended to March 31, 2017. The selected abstracts will be intimated latest by April 03, 2017. The selected presenters will be required to complete the registration process latest by April 07, 2017. Those not registering by the said date will loose the opportunity to present and the same will be offered to the next candidate. This event will be co-located with our 4th International conference “QbD in Pharma Development World Congress 2017” in Hyderabad, India. Registered delegates will have unrestricted access to all the co-located meetings ensuring a comprehensive learning and sharing experience as well as being financially beneficial for attendees.
