Continuous Processing in an AstraZeneca Manufacturing World

AstraZeneca like many other pharmaceutical companies is looking to exploit the advantages of flow processing to deliver products using more efficient chemistry with reduced development times whilst also delivering on safety, cost, and environmental impact. A series of case studies will be presented which highlight the challenges of embedding new technologies in a pharmaceutical environment and the approaches developed in applying the technology.
