Engineering Skeletal Muscle in Microgravity to Advance Sarcopenia

This presentation overviews the effects of space flight on engineered skeletal muscle at the transcriptional level to mimic aspects of sarcopenia.  The feasibility of drug screening to treat sarcopenia using this microgravity platform will be discussed.
