Microfluidics is said to become the backbone of the bio-revolution. Yet, the highest reported barrier to adoption of the technology is its complex usability. Let’s be honest, biology is already complex enough. So, how can we expect researchers to harvest the microfluidic power of new in vitro models if they don’t have the headspace to assemble Lego-like setups?
