Immunoassay in Multiplex for Biomarker Discovery and Validation

Miniaturized multiplexed immunoassays are powerful tools to measure several biomarker candidates from minimal amounts of sample material. Assay validation according to the FDA bioanalytical guidelines will be discussed as well as our biomarker qualification process to visualize drug induced organ injuries. In addition, our immunoaffinity enrichment approach combined with mass spectrometric readout will be presented, which enables to quantitate drug transporter, P450 enzymes and plasma proteins across the species barrier.
