Implementation of Flow Chemistry in Drug Discovery: Application to Hit to Lead and LO Programs

Enhanced Chemistry is key aspect of Drug Discovery as allows chemists access complex molecules and novel chemical space. Novel technologies are essential in this aspect, but implementing them in Medicinal Chemistry labs is a challenging task as have to prove a measurable improvement over known procedures keeping the stretched timelines for deliveries. In this presentation implementation of flow technologies in discovery programs will be presented. How the application of this technology has had an impact on drugs discovery. In addition, different strategies that has helped to achieve this goal, including collaborations with external partners will be disclosed.
