Design of Experiments is the most talked about Statistical tool in Drug Product & Drug Substance Development. The talk will be about the use of other Statistical tools to build Robust Products & Processes. These tools include but are not limited to Artificial Neural Networks, Monte Carlo Simulation, Multi-Variate Analysis etc. Some of these tools have the advantage of economics for Development while others offer the advantage of better control over Product Variability in Manufacturing. Also, a look at ‘better’ Experimental Layouts.
