We will discuss how PTC has overcome many of the challenges of integration of multi-vendor’s equipment, and our ongoing process of optimizing the newer innovations in compound dispensing that are re-shaping the drug discovery process while coping with the pace of our vendor’s hardware obsolescence schedules. With an increase of pressure on compound departments to maintain production rates, operate with strict budgets, and coordinate libraries for screening and lead optimization, we will address some our unsolved automation challenges as we are learning how to manage a rapidly growing molecule inventory, downstream processing, preparation, screening and data management.
