Towards Development of Chemo-Enzymatic Continuous-Flow Strategies for API’s Synthesis

In this work we will show some of the recent results from Biocatalysis and Organic Synthesis group on the development of chemo-enzymatic continuous-flow cascade reactions towards API’s synthesis. Dynamic resolutions mediated by enzymes as well as transamination reaction will be presented as interesting and efficient methodologies for continuous-flow process for the synthesis of molecules such as Tenofovir, Ropivacaíne, Rivastigmine among others.
