Flow Chemistry at Merck

Merck has a long-standing commitment to the employment of innovative technologies in API manufacturing processes, having implemented continuous chemistry toward the syntheses of important products, including the fungicide, thiabendazole (TBZ). This presentation will focus on recent applications of flow chemistry to make possible the advancement of Merck’s development pipeline, with a particular focus on reactions and processes that have experienced significant improvement through the implementation of enabling technologies.
