Going multiplex with the Chemotaxis assay : label-free cell tracking, growth and morphometry of slowly migrating cancer cells with quantitative phase microscopy

The ibidi chemotaxis assay was performed during almost 11 hours on unstained cells, and quantitative phase images were acquired using SID4Bio product and micromanager. The SID4Bio product is composed of a camera-like device and a software. After an automated segmentation, a multiplex single-cell study was performed, including cell growth, proliferation, and tracking. The results will be presented during the workshop, followed by a hands-on session of the SID4Bio product plugged on a conventional inverted microscope to observe cells in a ibidi cell chamber.
