Embracing Chaos – A Simplified Platform for Multiplexing Digital Assays in Polydisperse Droplets

We describe a digital assay platform that uses a novel statistical framework applied to assays performed in polydisperse droplets.  We have developed methods for digital culture, PCR, and immunoassays as well as a new technique for increasing multiplexing capabilities.
