Raja Mugasimangalam, President/Founder/CEO, Genotypic Technology Pvt Ltd

Dr Raja C Mugasimangalam is a scientist turned entrepreneur helping scientists worldwide to apply genomics in real life research projects. He received his Masters in Biotechnology and PhD from Madurai Kamaraj University, India and had post-doctoral stints at Weizmann Institute, Israel, Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, San Diego and Argonne National Lab on developing DNA sequencing methods for Human Genome Project. Prior to founding Genotypic Technology, he worked at Quark Biotech Inc developing gene expression assays for studying drug toxicity. He has several patents and publications to his credit. Simplifying the complex genomics technologies with an eye for “small changes that make big positive difference” is his main operations mantra.
