Bimal Kesh, Senior Statistician, Minitab India

Mr. Bimal Kumar Kesh working in CUBIC to help professionals to appreciate and harness the power of statistics in using data to solve problems, no matter what industry they are in. He is a Minitab Certified Trainer which he received after a rigorous training and guidance by Minitab Inc. USA. He gets a real sense of accomplishment from helping people from different disciplines and technical backgrounds come together to find solutions to important business problems.
Now Mr Bimal combines his passion for teaching and his quality improvement experience to help others get the maximum benefit from Minitab software. “My training style is very interactive and learner-focused,” he says. “My goal is to make sure that participants truly understand the material so they can apply Minitab in their work.”
He is an experienced professional and trainer with unparalleled skill in the area of applicability of statistical software for statistical analysis required for Quality Improvement methodology like Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, CMMI etc.
His interest in helping professionals understand and apply statistical power ,was sparked during the three years he spent as a Statistician of NSSO for Unicef. These projects involved the use of designed experiments as well as Sampling and regression analysis.
Bimal earned his Post Graduate in Statistics from the Utkal University, UGC NET Qualified, where he learned several courses and concentrated on Design 0f Experiments, Econometrics and he is also an MBA graduate in Finance & Marketing Management From ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.
Bimal worked for Three year at NSSO and for two year as Equity Analyst in a Financial Consulting company for BSE & NSE Equity as well as F&O Analysis.
