Dr.Rama Vaidya (MD.,DGO.,DFP.,PhD) is Director, Division of Endocrine & Metabolic Disorders at MRC- Kasturba Health Society, Vile Parle (W) & Research Director Reproductive Medicine, BSES Hospital, Andheri (w) (2007-present). Dr Vaidya is Consulting Reproductive Endocrinologist at Vasudha Clinic, New Madhuvan, 81 B, Saraswati Road, Santacruz (W). She was the Chief Editor of Journal of Midlife Health, Journal of Indian Menopause Society (2008-2012) & Chief Editor of Indian Practitioner (2012-2016). Dr Vaidya is the Founder President of Indian Menopause Society & Past President of All India Association of Advanced Research in Obesity & Member Endocrine society, USA 2002 . Previously, she held the following postions i.e. Former Dean and Director Division of Women’s Health, Bhavan’s SPARC Mumbai, Ex. Deputy Director, & HOD Division Endocrinology & Infertility, IRR-ICMR , Principal Investigator 2003-2006- ICMR Project Phytoestrogen and Menopause; Member of the Expert Committee to review CDRI Project, Research in Reproductive Health, MOH,GOI ; WHO Steering Committee Member – Post-Coital Contraceptive Development.
