Ashish Gogia, Vice President, Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited

Dr. Ashish Gogia is currently a Vice President (F & D) and Technical Head R&D (Formulations) at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He has over 20 years of Industry experience in the field of Formulation Research & Product Development, Process Scale up, Technology Transfer, Process Validation, Manufacturing, Packaging Development and Analytical Research.
He started career with Ranbaxy Research Labs, Gurgaon in the Year 1994. Worked with Aurobindo Pharma, Hyderabad and Macleods Pharma Ltd, Mumbai prior to joining Cadila Pharma Limited from the Year 2009 onwards
Dr. Gogia has completed his education in Delhi with Masters in pharmacy from College of Pharmacy, Delhi University. Currently pursuing Ph.D sponsored by Cadila Pharma from Ganpat University, Gujarat under the supervision of Prof. (Dr.) N J Patel.
He is an Inventor of 2 US patent, 15 PCT applications & more than 20 provisional applications in India for various Pharmaceutical formulations on behalf of the respective Research Organizations. His core interest is in Team building for Research competency & capabilities in development of patent non-infringing formulation for global market keeping time, cost & accuracy benchmark. He has proven track record in generating Cost efficiency & increased GC by implementing alternate formulation manufacturing processes & design. He has undertaken multiple project tracking & management for R&D budget performance
Dr. Gogia aspires to implement NDDS (Novel Drug Delivery System) based Technologies to provide Research based Affordable Innovative Solutions to Healthcare.
He has been Born & brought up in Delhi. Family with One daughter (12 Years) & Son (7 Years)
