Jeff Campbell is the Director of Engineering over electronic and fluidic technologies at Medic Life. He mentors the electrical design, embedded software, sensor development, and microfluidic groups at the Provo, UT based company. Jeff received his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah in 2011. Jeff’s research has included the integration of active sensors into the core of optical fibers, methods for the fabrication of large reaction chambers in microfluidic chips, microfluidic chips for the detection of biological pathogens, sensor arrays for in vitro analysis of myocytes, magnetically driven integrated microfluidic pumps, and a nano-pore based Coulter counter. He is enthusiastic about the opportunity to bring about improvements in health and quality of life to communities across the globe by helping develop a platform that can provide the data and insights needed to advance personalized medicine.
