Farhat Habib's Biography

Farhat Habib, Director, Data Science, InMobi

Dr Farhat Habib is currently Director, Data Science at InMobi. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Research Scientist at MARA Labs Inc., where he works on developing algorithms for efficient vehicle routing. He also worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Inmobi Inc. where he developed models for predicting response to mobile advertising and getting insights into user behavior. Before that he worked at the Center of Excellence in Epigenetics at IISER Pune working on large scale biological sequence data, particularly genome assembly.
Dr Farhat‘s research interests are on developing methods and algorithms for extracting meaningful and actionable information from large scale data, be it from biology, advertising, logistics or elsewhere.
