Kousik Saha's Biography

Kousik Saha, Associate Director/Head, PepsiCo India

Kousik is currently the Associate Director (Head of Packaging Commercialization) for Pepsico, India. Pepsico is the Global giant on beverage, food & snack business with net revenue ~ $65 Billion & 22 brands with > $ 1 Billion annual sales. Kousik is responsible to develop the strategy for the ISBM PET mould capability expansion across Pepsico Mfg sites & innovation pack commercialization plans. He leads to operationalize the new mould/ pack in Pepsico own manufacturing units & bottlers across India region (> 45 plants). He also leads the packaging productivity agenda for the organization to drive the business profitability. He has 16+ Years of outstanding track record of delivering innovation programmes from concept to market.

Kousik’s previous work experience in different industries including P&G in multifunctional areas with multicultural team across the globe (India & Singapore) has helped him to experience & acquire knowledge on-Upstream packaging innovations, Pack commercialization, supply chain Innovation, sustainability programmes, etc.
