Siva A Vanapalli's Biography

Siva A Vanapalli, Associate Professor, Texas Tech University

Dr Siva A. Vanapalli completed his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from University of Michigan in 2006 followed by Postdoc in Applied Physics from University of Twente, The Netherlands. Previously, he was Assistant Professor, Chemical Engineering at Texas Tech University. Presently, he is Associate Professor, Chemical Engineering at Texas Tech University, USA. Dr Vanapalli is the receipient of many awards and honours i.e. Rising Star Award, Biomedical Engineering Society – Cell & Molecular Bioengineering Group; Ed & Linda Whitacre Faculty Fellow & Bill Sanderson Faculty Fellow, Texas Tech University and many more. He has around 43 published journal articles and 1160 google scholar citations. He has delivered 19 Invited lectures and 94 conference presentations. He has also mentored 8 Postdoctoral researchers, 14 PhD students, 38 Undergraduate students and 3 high school students.
