Not only must an evolving process clear regulatory hurdles and scale to meet dose and lot size requirements, but it must also maintain economic value. In addition to discussing these challenges, a number of case studies will be presented to describe how process development and economic goals were achieved in various laboratories. Particular attention will be directed toward the process changes often needed to meet these goals. |
