Wilfred Espulgar's Biography



Wilfred Espulgar, Research Fellow, Osaka University

Wilfred Espulgar is a research fellow in the Nanobio Engineering Laboratory (Tamiya Laboratory) at Osaka University, Japan, where he also obtained his Ph.D. in Applied Physics. He specializes on single cell analysis of cardiomyocytes with the aid of microfluidics and utilizes non-invasive approaches such as video analysis for beat profile analysis and Raman imaging for chemical species identification to conduct his cell study and research.
