Zhongke Wang , Research Scientist, Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech), A*Star

Dr. Z.K. Wang (Wang Zhongke) is a research scientist in SIMTech since November 2007. He received his Ph.D. in (Huazhong University of Science and Technology) of China in 1998. He specializes in laser micromachining such as cutting, drilling and surface structuring of brittle material silicon wafers and glasses; metal Mg-alloy and polymer PC, PMMA, COC etc. Before joining SIMTech, he was with HUST of China, REKIN (The Institute of Physical and Chemical Research) of Japan, AIST (National Institute of Advanced Science & Technology) of Japan, and ETH-Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich) in Switzerland.
