Kriti Shukla,
Principal Scientist,
Biocon Research Limited
Ms. Kriti obtained her Masters in Biotechnology from Bangalore University with additional research experience from IISc and has been with Biocon Research since. Ms. Kriti comes with over eight years experience in Cell culture upstream process development for biotherapeutics. She has worked on a wide-ranging product portfolio including both biosimilars and novel molecules. Her primary responsibility includes managing the early development group involved in activities such as process development, clone selection, cell line stability and product quality alteration. Kriti is responsible for developing high throughput protein production process with a deep understanding of process parameters and cell line characteristics which are critical for productivity of the cells and quality attributes of the molecule through fed batch and perfusion models in shake flask and bioreactor systems. She has contributed to multiple publications in the field of cell culture upstream.
