Gemma Ryder is the Product Marketing Manager for Adis Business Intelligence at Springer Nature. She has worked with the Adis portfolio for more than eight years, initially on their range of drug-focused medical journals including Clinical Pharmacokinetics and Drugs, but now focused on the drug pipeline database, AdisInsight, and the literature monitoring service, Adis Pharmacovigilance. Gemma completed her Master degree in Business Administration in 2012, following completion of professional marketing qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Her work involves understanding the information needs of different researchers, ensuring that these are represented as part of product development discussions, and sharing insights from in-house experts on trends in drug development. Current interests include understanding the information needs of academic researchers as they look to commercialise their technologies and collaborate with industry.
