Eli Mrkusich, Global Digital Applications Specialist, Bio-Rad Laboratories

Dr Eli Mrkusich is committed to advancing scientific discovery through best practises and state-of-the art nucleic acid quantification. Dr Mrkusich is a Global Digital Applications Specialist for the Digital Biology Center at Bio-Rad Laboratories, California where he successfully supports the ddPCR technology in the Asia Pacific region. Dr Mrkusich completed his PhD in neuroscience and molecular biology and had six years post-doctoral experience at the University of Melbourne. When Dr Mrkusich started at Bio-Rad in 2010 his primary focus was on real time PCR, but this focus has shifted to ddPCR since its global release in early 2012.
