Lingjun Chen, Vice President, Roche Molecular Systems Inc

Mr. Lingjun Chen is Vice President, Point-of-care Operational Development, at Roche Molecular Systems. He also currently serves as the Project Lead for the development and regulatory clearance of the first several point-of-care molecular diagnostic assays on the cobas® Liat system. Mr. Chen previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of IQuum, Inc., which was acquired by Roche in 2014. At IQuum, Mr. Chen led the operations, clinical study, and regulatory functions, and successfully led the teams to develop the production and obtain US FDA and CE IVD regulatory clearances for the Liat system, a ground-breaking point-of-care molecular diagnostic system that delivers lab-quality results in 15-20 minutes. Mr. Chen received a B.A. in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard College. He is also the inventor in multiple US patents and patent applications.
