Zhenfeng Wang's Biography


Zhenfeng Wang, Team Leader, Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology

Dr Wang Zhenfeng obtained his bachelor, master and PhD degrees from Tsinghua University, Beijing. He joined SIMTech in 1998 as a research fellow, and worked in microsystem technologies and electronic packaging. He’s now a senior scientist and team leader in SIMTech. His research interests include microfluidics device development and microfabrication process techniques.
