Manuel Pazos's Biography

Manuel Pazos, Postdoc, University of Córdoba

Manuel Pazos is a post-doc researcher in University of Cambridge (UK) and University of Cordoba (Spain). In 2015, he was awarded with the Marie Curie Cofund fellowship Talent Hub. Previously, he held post-doc positions at the Spanish National Research Council and University of Copenhagen. His main research activity is focused on the interactions between diet and human metabolism, in particular, obesity and type-2 diabetes. In this research, metabolomics methodologies play a key role.
