Electrophysiological studies of the ion channels expressed in neurons derived from stem cells are essential if they are to be used in drug discovery. This presentation will provide new data on the pharmacology of an array of ion channels in neurons differentiated from human stem cells and their sensitivity to a range of neurotoxins.
