Saral Thangam, Managing Director & CEO, Norwich Clinical Service

Dr Saral Thangam is the CEO & Managing Director of Norwich Clinical Services, Bangalore
Dr Thangam is a physician and physiologist by training and has worked in renowned academic institutions prior to joining the CRO industry 17 years ago. She has played a pivotal and positive role within the CRO industry in setting up and Managing two large reputable CROs in India over the last 10 ten years. i.e. Lotus labs (2006 to 2010 as MD) and Norwich Clinical Services (2010 till date). She has a passion and reputation for setting up CROs with a strong focus on quality and sustainability. In addition to her management role, her experience within the CRO segment spans a number of areas including biostudies, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and strategic business growth.
She has more than 30 publications to her credit and has taken an active role in the CRO industry as a speaker in several forums.
She currently serves as the deputy Chairman of ACRO, India and as a Director on the Board of Alvogen India.
