Takahiro Inatsugi, Assistant Director, Specialty Chemicals Division, Nicca Chemical Co.,Ltd.

Takahiro Inatsugi is Assistant Director of Specialty Chemicals Division for Nicca Chemical’s New Business Development Unit, with over 19 years of experience in fine and specialty chemicals industry. He is responsible for research and development program for new business development, customer development, and strategic business offerings. He is also Director of Solvay Nicca, which is the joint venture between Solvay Japan and Nicca Chemical. He received the B.S. and the M.S. in Polymer Engineering (biopolymer) from Kyoto Institute of Technology in Japan. He joined Nicca Chemical as research chemist in 1997, then transferred to Rhodia Nicca (currently Solvay Nicca) for 10 years as manager of laboratory and technical marketing. Since 2012, he has focused on new business creation for Nicca Chemical.
