Seamus McKenney's Biography

Seamus McKenney, Research Scientist, Northeastern University

Our research involves using droplet microfluidics to evaluate cancer and immune cell interactions as well as different therapies and immunotherapies at both a single cell and 3D multicellular tumor spheroid level. The technology of Dr. Konry’s lab has tremendous potential for its use for bioassays as well as a possible clinical tool able to evaluate primary cells and tumors directly from patients.
