In particular, a new microwell platform will be described. It offers a number of advantages in the use and preparation of parallel NGS libraries. The very low volumes required enable multiple applications, including single cell transcriptomics and epigenomic assays. This new platform and methodology has wide applicability in the broader realm of chip-based experimentation. |
