Elayaraja Natarajan, Associate Director – Quality Assurance and Formulation Development, Rubicon Research Pvt Ltd

Mr Elayaraja Natarajan is technical and quality compliance professional having nearly 12 years’ experience in Product development, Site Quality Assurance, Technology transfer and Clinical strategy encompassing research and manufacturing experience of complex dosage forms, F2F products etc.,.
He is having a strong technical, quality and regulatory expertise including handling of different PAI and cGMP inspections of USFDA and MHRA. He is a successful and motivated achiever with a strong positive approach, who works constantly on improving the pharmaceutical quality systems. He is actively involved in ADE investigations and its associated complaints from US market.
Mr. Elayaraja holds Master of Pharmacy degree. Before Joining with Rubicon, he was working with Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd (now Strides Shasun), Genovo Development Services, Medreich Limited.
