Takaichi Watanabe's Biography



Takaichi Watanabe, Research Associate Professor, Okayama University

Takaichi Watanabe received his PhD from Okayama University (Japan) in 2014. He was a JSPS postdoctoral fellow with Prof. Tsutomu Ono at Okayama University in 2014, and a project researcher with Prof. Shoji Takeuchi at The Institute of Industrial Science, the University of Tokyo from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, he joined Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology at Okayama University as an assistant professor, and was appointed a research associate professor at Okayama University in 2021. He is also a visiting scientist at RWTH Aachen University (Germany) from 2022 to 2024. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of process development of functional polymer materials using microfluidics.
