Aldo Roda, Professor, University Of Bologna

Full Professor of Analytical Chemistry, University of Bologna. Vice-President of the Italian Society of Chemistry. Member of the Academy of Science (Institute of Bologna). Councilor of the International Society of Bioluminescence and Chemiluminescence. Editor of Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry (Springer) and "Luminescence, The Journal of Biological and Chemical Luminescence” (John Wiley & Sons).

Main research interests: bio-chemiluminescence-based ultrasensitive bioanalytical methodologies and devices, cellular biosensors and imaging techniques; chromatographic methods coupled with mass spectrometry; mass spectrometry-based proteomic studies.
Co-author of more that 400 articles published on international journals (H INDEX~35) and 24 international patents, invited lecturer at several International Conferences.
