Francois Vigneault, Post doctoral Fellow, Harvard Medical School

Dr Vigneault is a post-doctoral fellow in the laboratory of George Church at Harvard Medical School. He initially developed the first multiplex next-generation sequencing of microRNA and worked extensively on developing DNA nanoballs that are currently used in sequencing human genome. He initiated the development of many technologies in the field of next-generation sequencing, such as Immune Sequencing. Prior to joining the Church lab, Dr Vigneault served as a Maritime Surface Officer in the Canadian Navy and conducted is graduated study in molecular biology in Quebec, Canada.
