Edwin Cheung's Biography

Edwin Cheung, Assistant Professor, Genome Institute of Singapore

Dr. Edwin Cheung is a Principal Investigator at the Genome Institute of Singapore and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Department of Biochemistry, National University of Singapore. His lab is focused on elucidating the molecular basis by which steroid hormones control the development and progression of human cancers. Specifically, he is interested in applying modern biological approaches to define the rules governing signal-regulated gene expression by steroid hormones (estrogen and androgen), their cognate receptors and associated cofactors.
