Mohanraj Dhanabal, Group Leader, EMD Serono Inc

Mohanraj Dhanabal is a Group Leader, in Lead Discovery Technology, Small Molecular Platform group under Global Research and Early Clinical Development (GRED). He obtained his Ph.D in 1990 from Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi, India. He has experience in target identification, validation, leads ID, lead optimization in the areas of Oncology and neurodegenerative disease including immunology. He has over 20 years of experience in discovery and development of both small molecule and biotherapeutics. Prior to joining EMD Serono Research Institute, he held various positions of increasing responsibilities at CuraGen, Ilex Oncology and Convergence Pharmaceuticals.
