QuikChange HT allows rapid resolution of structural and functional questions by creating libraries of rationally designed mutants. Applications such as alanine scanning, Site Saturation Scanning and targeted Combinatorial Mutagenesis can now be done routinely as both the creation of mutants libraries and the screening efforts are minimized. |
