Amorphous structures show substantially higher solubility than crystalline polymorphs. The higher solubility comes at the expense of greater instability for amorphous compounds. This presentation will discuss two methods for preparing amorphous materials, and strategies to stabilize amorphous structures without compromising solubility. |
