Lucy Robertson, Professor of Parasitology in the Veterinary and Bioscience Faculty at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, has over 20 years of experience in parasitology, and has a particular interest in foodborne, zoonotic parasitic infections. She has participated in various national and international groups concerned with foodborne transmission, including the “expert group” for WHO and FAO on foodborne parasites, and has over 100 publications on this topic.
