Prem Siril's Biography

Prem Siril, Associate Professor, Indian Institute of Technology Mandi

Dr. Siril is presently working as an Associate Professor at IIT Mandi, Himachal Pradesh from June, 2015. He joined IIT Mandi in the year 2010 as Assistant Professor after a short stint at NIT Hamirpur. He is a recipient of Marie-Curie international incoming fellowship, Royal Society Fellowship and BMBF faculty exchange fellowship. Major areas of his research interests include, the development of nanomaterials for catalysis and sensing, nano-drug delivery systems, thermal analysis and high energetic materials. He has recently developed keen interest in flow chemistry.
