Overview

As the biomedical importance of extracellular vesicles (EVs) grows, there is an increasing need to evaluate these sub-micron particles not just using bulk methods, but by methods which can evaluate them on a particle-by-particle basis. This enables correlation of size, vesicle cargo, and function. Ultrasensitive flow cytometry is a technique that can provide this information.

Kinetic River Corporation has developed the Delaware Flow NanoCytometerâ„¢ with EV researchers in mind. The Delaware is a built-for-purpose, ultrasensitive flow cytometry analyzer.

In the first part of this webinar, Dr. Giacomo Vacca (founder and CEO, Kinetic River Corp.) will explore the technology, features, and capabilities of the Delaware Instrument.

This will be followed by a talk by Professor Chris Ward from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Ward will discuss his work on the development of an assay to diagnose and monitor the progression of polycystic kidney disease (PKD). The assay involves the rapid and sensitive detection of disease-related proteins in urinary exosomes.

Following these two live presentations, we will have a live Q&A Session with the Drs. Vacca and Ward—this is a great time to discuss the technology of the Delaware Instrument and its capabilities for your research.

The Webinar is FREE -- Register Now.

Agenda Topics
