Overview

SELECTBIO is delighted to welcome you to its forthcoming International Conference “Next-Gen Sequencing and Mass Spectrometry” scheduled to be held on 19-20 August, 2016 in Hotel Radisson Blu Plaza, Delhi, India.

Next-Generation Sequencing is transforming the way we used to diagnose several diseases. Both NGS and Mass Spectrometry, when utilized in combination, become a powerful tool in Genomics, Proteomics, Metabolomics, Transcriptomics as well as in Cross-Omics approaches. This conference brings together technology development with special emphasis on clinical applications of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Mass Spectrometry. The conference will focus on the theme "Revolutionizing Clinical Omics through NGS and Mass Spectrometry".

We also explore at this conference the translation of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) from research to deployment in the clinical-setting genetic testing including oncology and infectious disease. With increasing efficiency and decreasing cost, NGS has an opportunity and hope to be deployed as a means to personalize diagnostics and therapeutics.

Additionally, this conference highlights the emerging themes and translation of Mass Spectrometry from a Research Tool towards Clinical deployment for Diagnostics. Topics addressed range from the use of mass spectrometry for studying small molecules in vivo as a means for diagnostics development to the use of mass spectrometry to interrogate genomics/proteomics approaches as well as protein-based biomarkers.  Presentations will highlight the front-end sample preparation challenges as they relate to the analysis of clinical samples via mass spectrometry and the diversity of clinical samples and bio-fluids will also be explored.

This event will be co-located with other events namely “AgriGenomics India 2016” and “Food & Beverage Analysis”. An exhibition covering the latest technologies in the field of “Next-Gen Sequencing and Mass Spectrometry” will also be an added feature of the conference. Registered delegates can attend both the conference as well as exhibition. We look forward to welcoming you at the “Next-Gen Sequencing and Mass Spectrometry” Conference and Exhibition and hope that the two days will be both informative and enjoyable.

We invite all scientists and researchers to present your Research in the form of a Poster at this Conference.
Poster Submission Deadline:  July 31, 2016.
